Volunteer Information

Our volunteers are the heart and soul of this convention! They are consistently praised by our guests, artists, exhibitors, and attendees alike. We take great pride in hearing that the volunteers are one of the biggest reasons they come back year after year, and foster a sense of community among our visitors.

Volunteer duties include but are not limited to helping set up prior to and tear down  after the show, assisting vendors during load-in and load-out, checking in on vendors and guests, booth coverage, line queue, talent escort, and point of entry monitoring.

We ask that you sign up for at least two volunteer shifts in order to receive the following:

​

• A C4 volunteer shirt (must be signed up by April 15, 2025)

• Food during your shift.

• A pass to the show/access to the show floor before or after your shifts.

• Invite to the C4 wrap party with dinner after the show closes on Sunday.
